1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the services provided by HVACRepairs.ca, a division of ROMA Heating & Cooling ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services Provided
HVACRepairs.ca provides heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) repair, maintenance, and related services to residential and commercial customers in British Columbia. All services are performed by licensed and certified technicians.
3. Service Appointments
- Scheduling: Service appointments must be scheduled in advance by phone, email, or through our online booking system.
- Cancellations: Customers must provide at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule appointments. Late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.
- Access: Customers must provide safe and reasonable access to HVAC equipment and work areas.
- Emergency Services: Emergency service requests are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.
4. Pricing and Payment
- All prices are quoted in Canadian dollars (CAD) and are subject to applicable taxes.
- Diagnostic fees may apply and will be disclosed before service. Diagnostic fees may be waived if repairs are completed.
- Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance.
- We accept cash, credit cards, debit cards, and e-transfers.
- Overdue accounts may be subject to interest charges and collection fees.
5. Warranties and Guarantees
- Workmanship: We guarantee our workmanship for a period of 90 days from the date of service completion.
- Parts: Parts are covered by manufacturer warranties. We will assist with warranty claims as needed.
- Limitations: Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HVACRepairs.ca shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
7. Customer Responsibilities
- Provide accurate information about HVAC systems and service history
- Maintain HVAC systems according to manufacturer recommendations
- Notify us immediately of any issues or concerns with completed work
- Ensure pets are secured during service visits
- Provide safe working conditions for our technicians
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the HVACRepairs.ca website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of ROMA Heating & Cooling and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.
9. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these Terms of Service or our services shall be governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada. Parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes through good faith negotiation before pursuing legal action.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
